Welcome to We Got Your Dog. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Store
This website is operated by We Got Your Dog ("we," "us," "our"). By using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products, colors, and descriptions accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any color will be exact. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the order to the carrier; however, if your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

6. Returns & Refunds
Our return process is described in our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Please review it before purchasing.

7. Product Use & Pet Safety
Our products are intended for use with pets as described on each product page. Always supervise your pet when introducing a new product, and discontinue use if any product shows damage or wear. Nothing on this site constitutes veterinary advice — consult your veterinarian regarding your pet's health, diet, or behavior.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is our property or used with permission and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the site without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Got Your Dog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless We Got Your Dog from any claim arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of any product.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Returns & Refunds

We want you and your pet to love everything you order from We Got Your Dog. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, grooming tools and feeding products that have been used cannot be returned unless defective.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to ship anything back.

How to Start a Return
Email us at richard.edrington@yahoo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for returns lost in transit.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to request a return for the item you have and place a new order for the one you want.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund as long as they have not yet shipped. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel — once an order ships, the standard return process applies.
